Facilitation Services
Sometimes a dispute affects more than just two people. Our group facilitation service is a structured conversation between up to 12 people, managed by two neutral facilitators.
We help participants discuss the issues affecting them and reach a consensus on possible solutions in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Who can we support?
Facilitation is perfect for groups who need to move forward together.
Neighbours
Groups of neighbours with a shared issue or dispute.
Community Groups
Members of choirs, clubs, or social groups.
Shared Spaces
People managing community gardens or allotments.
Organizations
Volunteers or staff within the same organization.
Why choose Group Facilitation?
Our facilitators are empathetic but completely impartial. Their role is to create dialogue, not offer solutions.
- Structured Conversation: We help you get to the heart of the matter and brainstorm solutions.
- Safe Environment: Everyone's views are respected and valued.
- Non-Judgmental: Facilitators are neutral; the goal is consensus.
- Confidential: Nothing is shared outside the group without agreement.
- Experienced: Led by our team of specialist facilitators.
How does it work?
Referral
Once we receive your referral, our case managers contact you to understand the problem and assign two facilitators.
First Meeting
Facilitators meet with the group (or members individually) to explain the process and set a preliminary agenda.
Group Session
We moderate the discussion, identify common ground, and work towards consensus. We offer up to 2 sessions (3 hours each).
How much does it cost?
Where we can, we aim to offer this service without charge.
If there is a charge, it will be discussed with you in detail before you commit. Charges depend on the complexity of the case and the time required.
