Conflict management training for school staff

Practical training to help school staff manage difficult conversations, de-escalate challenging behaviour and respond to conflict with confidence.

Conflict management training for schools

We offer two training options for school staff: a focused de-escalation workshop and a full INSET day. Our courses are specifically focussed on the school setting and look at the nature of disputes that arise within schools: between teachers, teachers and management, or between parents and the school.

We can tailor the content and scenarios to match the precise needs, challenges and conversations in your setting.

“The day enabled us to explore conflict, humanised the issue and gave us food for thought, opening an avenue for healthy management. We’re in a better place now to deal with conflict should it arise.”
