WMS is expanding its workplace mediation panel

WMS is expanding its panel of workplace mediators in response to rising demand from organisations across London and beyond. We are seeking a small number of highly experienced, CMC-accredited workplace mediators who want to use their skills for meaningful social impact.

Who we are.

WMS is an award-winning, non-profit mediation provider with over 20 years’ experience helping people navigate through conflict towards peace. Founded by renowned mediator Stephen Ruttle KC, we bring together a unique panel of volunteers – including KCs, CMC Fellows and other acclaimed mediators – who all donate their time so that we can offer free and low-cost services to families and communities in need. Each year, we work with hundreds of people across the UK and internationally.

Why join us?

Volunteering with WMS means joining one of the most respected mediation charities in the UK. All income raised through workplace mediation funds our free community work – so every case you mediate helps someone who cannot otherwise access support.

  • Exceptional reputation built over 20+ years
  • King’s Award for Voluntary Service
  • Founder Patron: Stephen Ruttle KC
  • Panel includes KCs, CMC Fellows, award-winning mediators
  • Full case management support from our experienced team
