Community Workshops
Peacebuilding skills are crucial for building stronger, more cohesive communities. We offer conflict resolution workshops for anyone dealing with conflict at home, at work, or in their community.
These workshops are free for Wandsworth residents and run at various locations throughout the year.
What you will learn
Conflict resolution is a skill that can be perfected with practice. Our workshops typically cover:
- Understanding how conflict starts and escalates.
- Identifying emotions and their role in disagreements.
- Asking open questions to uncover the real issues.
- Practising active listening and summarising.
- Expressing feelings and needs without blaming language.
